BOOTCAMP

Looking for a new workout routine that will transform your body? BodySmith's bootcamp program will help you obtain real results and kick start your body so that you can achieve your goals. Whether it be simply living a more active lifestyle, losing those last 10 pounds, or improving your energy levels this is the program for you. As part of this program individuals will also be provided with a nutrition program that will compliment their training and fitness goals.

SUMMER OFF-ICE TRAINING

​Looking to maintain that competitive edge once the hockey season's over? BodySmith's summer off-ice training programs prepares players for their next season with challenging and effective workouts that ensures a players optimum performance. This training includes weight-training, agility drills, speed work, and core conditioning. Players will also work on flexibility which will help reduce the risk of injury and improve one's overall performance. 

All athletes will be given a complete nutritional guide. The guide will teach them the proper eating habits and nutrition required for training at a high intensity. The program contains meal plans, a number of great recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and healthy snacks.

SUMMER ON-ICE TRAINING

​BodySmith's summer on-ice training programs helps hockey players build upon their skating abilities and on-ice performance during the off-season.

On-ice training focuses on individual and team situational game play, skill improvement/development, including developing the mental aspect of the game both offensively and defensively. 

This program is run by head coach Paul McFarland of the Kingston Frontenacs (OHL).

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

BodySmith's offers sport specific training which involves creating a customized program that will be geared toward building upon any weakness' and improve their performance in their chosen sport . Nutritional support can also be provided and assist in building one's sport specific performance.

NHL COMBINE TESTING

Looking to put your skills to the test? BodySmith provides NHL combine testing which involves various fitness tests focusing on the following: body composition, strength, power and muscular endurance; flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, which includes performing the Wingate test; balance and agility testing, and putting players through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
