Before you move a muscle, ISSA personal trainer Randy Smith will perform a comprehensive fitness assessment on you. His assessment includes: reviewing your health history; testing your aerobic and anaerobic fitness level; flexibility and strength; nutritional assessment.

BodySmith personal fitness training strives to develop a partnership in health and wellness.

For those wanting to improve their overall health and fitness and to help our clients reach their goals, we have partnered with a team of health and wellness practitioners including: chiropractors and massage therapist.

Wingate Anaerobic Test

The Wingate Anaerobic test is perhaps one of the widest used tests to determine anaerobic power. The duration of the test is a mere 30 seconds in length and is designed to target the bodies two main energy systems responsible for power and high intensity, short duration work.  Athletes perform a maximal effort 30-second sprint against a predetermined percentage of their body weight on a specialized cycle ergometer.  The ergometer feeds data from the test to a computer so the exercise physiologist can analyze the results.

Results from this test can be used to monitor training progress and determine any alterations that need to be made to the athletes conditioning program.

Sport Specific Training - Specifically geared toward the athlete's weakness to improve their performance in their chosen sport.   A program designed sport-specific to you!

Club Training – Randy Smith is available for consultation on team training, or as your strength and conditioning coach. Fee is based on the type of sport, duration of program and number of athletes.
