12 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION
This program is an intense program that requires the client to stick to a specific nutrition program that has been created for them and tailored to the client’s lifestyle. This nutrition program includes a couple of nutrition discipline’s that are paired together that suits the client’s daily lifestyle. At BODYSMITH we found that our clients will stick to a program that offers a few options throughout the day when it comes to the food they eat. Our clients will follow a training program that is also designed to fit their day to day lifestyle, they will train 3 times per week for the whole 12 weeks. The training program is a combination of mobility and athletic type exercises with an interval cardio component attached to it. Clients that follow the protocol will see a dramatic change aesthetically as well as physically. This program will help you lose body fat, strengthen and tone your muscles and will add vitality back into your life. Once you have completed the program and you have reached your goal, you will be given a maintenance program to follow.

SUMMER OFF-ICE TRAINING
BODYSMITH's summer off-ice training programs prepares players for their next season with challenging and effective workouts that ensures a players optimum performance. This training includes weight-training, agility drills, speed work, and core conditioning. Players will also work on flexibility which will help reduce the risk of injury and improve one's overall performance.
All athletes will be given a complete nutritional guide. The guide will teach them the proper eating habits and nutrition required for training at a high intensity. The program contains meal plans, a number of great recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks. |
