As part of the BODYSMITH's sports programs the below are specialized services that we provide to our athletes:
- Performance Training: Prevents athletes from unnecessary injury while maximizing their sport specific skill and abilities. Whether an athlete or individual seeking optimum health and performance, our services are focused toward your specific goals and lifestyle. Our training programs take a holistic approach by not only building upon an individual's skill but also assesses and looks to improve upon any weaknesses that would prevent one's optimum performance.
- Physical Therapy: We farm out all physical therapy to various practitioners in the area depending on the therapy situation needed. Physical therapy professionals emphasize the importance of engaging in a full assessment of the athlete in order to thoroughly evaluate the best treatment for one's injury.
- Nutritional Support: Improving your performance does not only involve working out. Proper nutrition ensures you are effectively fueling and hydrating your body according to your sport and/or lifestyle. That is why our nutritional programs focus on complimenting your specific training program and performance goals. Our nutritional support includes specifically advising athletes what foods to include/exclude in their diet, proper portion control, hydration, and timing of meals and snacks (especially for tournaments). With such support, athletes will begin to see how nutrition can transform one's body, including improve energy levels and one's overall performance.

Our Pro Program and CIS/NCAA programs at BODYSMITH provide athletes with quality sports performance training and support including nutritional programs and physical therapy that will ensure an athlete's optimum performance.

TEAMSBODYSMITH's team sports programs offer sports performance training, nutritional support, and physical therapy in order to ensure a team's optimum performance. These programs include off-season training camps, player assessments and fitness testing, in/off-season nutritional support , physical therapy, and , in-season maintenance training programs. These programs not only allow athletes to effectively and safely build upon their power, endurance, agility, speed and strength during the off-season, but also focus on maintaining such progress during the league season, as well as assist in achieving any performance goals team management and staff would like to see fulfilled. |
